Festive Food

Apart from the wining and dining at many of Perth’s wonderful restaurants, what did the Travel Czar do over the Christmas break? Well he did some home cooking and spent some quality time with the family.

Hope everyone had a wonderful festive season – here are some snaps from mine!

Poggerino Chianti Classico Riserva ‘Bugialla’ (2009) from Italy with Grass Fed Angus Eye Fillets

One of my bosses gave me this wine and its beautiful. The wine has the aromas of raspberries, licorice and tobacco which follow through on the palate. It goes perfectly well with the steaks.
