Festive Food

Poggerino Chianti Classico Riserva ‘Bugialla’ (2009) from Italy with Grass Fed Angus Eye Fillets

One of my bosses gave me this wine and its beautiful. The wine has the aromas of raspberries, licorice and tobacco which follow through on the palate. It goes perfectly well with the steaks.
