I have been to the Boathouse in Shelly Beach before for dinner (which they recently discontinued) and today I am here to have a leisurely Saturday morning breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view of Shelly Beach.

The caffeine hit is so need this morning and the rich crèma just wakes up every cell in my body. The milkshake is oh so sensuous with its rich creamy flavour with the sweetness of the strawberry mix intertwined to deliver a delicious tasting experience.

The crunchy sourdough, tangy oily pesto, rich sticky runny egg yolks with a soft gelatine like pouch and the salty smoky bacon with the rich juicy tomato all combine for a rustic breakfast experience. It is comfort food and with quite a view.
